    1. Breeder will provide a pet record listing all vaccinations and the dates thus far.
  2. Buyer is responsible for all kitten/cat vaccinations after 12 weeks.
  3. Buyer has 72 hours to take the kitten to the vet for a health exam, if any major health concerns are found, the buyer may return kitten to the seller within 72 hours with an explanation from the attending vet. No medical or travel charges will be refunded.

  5. The kitten’s mother and father are negative/negative for the two known HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) genes.
  6. The breeder guarantees for ONE YEAR that if a fatal defect occurs because of a genetic or congenital defect the breeder will replace the kitten (fewer shipping charges and veterinary expenses). A histopathology/necropsy report (at buyer’s expense) from a licensed, board-certified veterinarian is absolutely required.
  7. Viral diseases (including Feline Infectious Peritonitis or FIP), parasites or bacterial infections are not covered by this health guarantee, including the first 72 hours of possession of the kitten.

At least one litter box will be provided per pair of kittens/cats in the household and will be kept clean. The kitten/cat will not be kept in a cage unless necessary for the cat’s safety or health.
  3. The adopter will provide the kitten with proper nutrition and fresh water daily.
  4. Adopter is responsible for ALL veterinary expenses incurred after acquiring kitten(s). If within the 72 hour period, if found to be seriously medically deficient, the breeder will take the kitten back and refund payment, less deposit or shipping charges, under following conditions, the breeder is provided with proper documentation form a licensed vet stating the medical issue and that the cat/kitten is seriously medically deficient; a second examination by a vet of the breeders choice corroborates these claims. The kitten is not guaranteed against respiratory disease, ringworms, or any nuisance disease. After the 48-hour period, the breeder can no longer guarantee the cats health, except for birth defects.
  5. Adopter will ensure that the kitten has the recommended routine vaccinations and worming’s to maintain the health of the kitten.
  6. Adopter agrees to have the kitten spayed/neutered between 5-6 months and no sooner. If done sooner the one-year guarantee will be revoked.
  7. Written proof of the neuter/spay from your vet is required if you want registration papers for your kitten(s).
  8. If the breeder does not receive proof of the spay/neuter prior to the kitten reaching 7 months of age, TICA registration will be destroyed, and the one-year health guarantee will be revoked.
  9. Adopter is responsible for allergies, landlord issues, housetraining, and behavior.
  10. If you should no longer be able to keep your kitten, we will work with you to help you find a suitable home. No refunds will be issued if you are not able to keep your kitten. Kitten is not to be sold under any circumstances. If kitten is found to have been sold or given away, the health guarantee is void and is not transferrable.

All legal proceedings will take place within Pierce County of the State of Washington, Breeder’s residence.
  2. At any point, a TashasDolls Ragdoll is sold as a Breeder and the Adopter decides to close their Cattery, retire (stop breeding) the breeder and/or Rehome the Breeder, the Adopter MUST:
